(...lbr, this cranky bastard doesn't do more than grunt and hang up on his voicemail greeting. :P But the Shade can be reached here regardless for all your personal needs!)
[Keyleth drops a small package off at Joe's door along with her weekly fruit basket that contains a small handmade bracelet. A little note inside reads Happy occasion you celebrate whatever it is! From Keyleth.]
[Once the Shade kind of recovers from the shock of getting a Christmas gift which he will pretty much wear all the time from now on, about an hour later a similar little offering appears outside her own door: a small parcel wrapped in black muslin, containing a hand carved garden gnome and a little note that says We call it Christmas. Merry Christmas (and thank you), JC]
[Cehd'ra wants to give the Shade his gift in person, offering a light package modestly wrapped in stiff blue paper. Inside is a decorative string of cowry shells. For someone of normal size they could serve as a necklace. For the Shade...probably they would fit his wrist better.
It doesn't take much prompting for Cehd'ra to explain, faintly eager, hoping the Shade will approve: the cowry shell is a symbol of Nald'thal, a god from his home and overseer of the underworld among other things. Finding them in the market reminded him of the Shade and he wanted to thank him for the support he's given.]
